As a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor (Level 3), you will lead a team of 12+ represented employees in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule adherence while driving continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Supervising production operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Ensuring compliance with all Company and Customer requirements in a unionized work environment.
• Driving efficient build execution, ensuring adherence to STK crew management processes.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Partnering with Human Resources and union representatives to address and resolve employee-related matters.
• Coaching and developing your team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with professional manufacturing/productions methodologies.
• Experience using tools, machines, &/or systems typically used in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Experience with business metrics to drive performance (cost, schedule, quality).
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel).
Desired Skills:
• Working knowledge of Manufacturing Systems including, PDM, MRP, SFM, and EWI.
• Previous development experience.
•Project Management Experience
Working Knowledge of Crew Plans
• Forecasting manpower.
• Excellent communication skills.
