Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a highly motivated Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor (Level 3) to join our F-35 Production Final Assembly team in Fort Worth, TX. This critical role is responsible for leading manufacturing teams, ensuring efficient aircraft assembly and systems installation, and driving production excellence for the world’s most advanced fighter jet. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Team Leadership – Lead and supervise a team of mechanics, ensuring efficient execution of structural assembly and systems installation tasks.
• Production Oversight – Maintain aircraft records accuracy, enforce build schedule adherence, and drive continuous quality, cost, and schedule improvements.
• FOD Prevention & Compliance – Foster a culture that prioritizes Foreign Object Damage (FOD) prevention and ensures compliance with certification and safety requirements.
• Employee Development – Assess team performance, identify skills gaps, and promote training, coaching, and recognition programs to enhance employee engagement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with engineering, quality, and production planning teams to enhance processes, optimize resource allocation, and mitigate production constraints.

Basic Qualifications:
•Experience with Manufacturing &/or Production Operations methodologies

•Experience using tooling, machines, &/or systems typically used in a production/manufacturing environment

•Experience with business metrics to drive performance (cost, schedule, quality)
Desired Skills:
• Working knowledge of Manufacturing Systems including, PDM, MRP, SFM, and EWI.
• Previous development experience.
• Working Knowledge of Crew Plans.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience supervising a multi-purpose team towards daily goals.
• Driven mindset towards continuous improvement
• Ability to take disciplinary actions in line with company-union agreements

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
