Top Skills: Fluency in English Familiarity with LLMs (e.g, ChatGPT) Experience with writing prompts for different use cases Experience with evaluation, annotation and data analysis for language/text tasks + Experience with refining general purpose LLMs for specific applications + Experience with natural language processing, text mining, conversational AI, or leveraging large language models **Native level fluency in one of these languages: Spanish, Tagalog, Thai, Vietnamese, Urdu, Hindi-Romanized, Portuguese, Indonesian, Arabic, Arabic-Romanized, French, Japanese, Korean Responsibilities: You'll work closely with Engineering and Product teams to understand their questions and needs, and then work on how we can optimize a solution based on prompt creation and engineering methods You'll develop and write prompts, build characters, and use the right combination of tools and frameworks to evaluate your prompts and models You will deliver detailed reports on prompts and quality analysis on how prompts impact quality KPIs for conversational agents. You'll provide engineering and product teams with a deep understanding of the process, generated data, insights and evaluation figures.
