We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Supervisor to oversee multiple retail locations in Madison, WI. The Area Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of each store, managing a team of employees, and driving sales and profitability. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of multiple retail locations within the assigned areaTrain, develop, and mentor store managers and staff to ensure consistent performance and adherence to company policies and proceduresMonitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvementImplement strategies to drive sales growth and meet or exceed revenue targetsEnsure compliance with company standards for visual merchandising, product placement, and cleanlinessConduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and address any issues or concernsCollaborate with other departments such as marketing, human resources, and finance to support overall business objectivesHandle escalated customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely mannerManage payroll budgets and control expenses within the assigned areaSkills:Proven experience in retail management with a track record of achieving sales targetsStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficient in cash register operations, inventory control, and point-of-sale (POS) systemsKnowledge of training development techniques to enhance employee performanceExceptional customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with customersAbility to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trendsFamiliarity with payroll processes and budget managementRequired Qualifications:Must be eligible to work in the United States2+ years working in the quick serve restaurant industryMust have a valid drivers license and meet minimum MVR requirementsMust be willing to relocate if needed
