SUMMARY

Support the development, and delivery of Interactive Multi-Media Instruction (IMI) and Computer Based Training (CBT). Products include training media in multi-media, virtual, game-based, and distributive training environments. Establishes various media to ensure interactive, efficient, and cost-effective learning content.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with Computer Based Training Specialist (CBTS)/Subject Matter Experts (SME), Instructional Systems Designers (ISD), and other Multi-Media Production Specialist (MMPSs) in collecting and cataloging photos and graphics related to training task activities for IMI and CBT. Re-engineer classroom-style training content to modern delivery methods. Capture Performance Learning Objectives (LO) and job sheets of selected courses through existing schoolhouse content. Identify and fill gaps through interviews/observations of instructor-provided Subject Matter Expertise (SMEs). Establish various media to ensure interactive, efficient, and cost-effective learning content. Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Perform other duties as assigned.
