**A Day in the Life:** The Multi Month Rental Specialist supports billing for customers on long-term rental contracts, including assisting in credit authorizations. This role provides an excellent customer experience over the phone and through email by answering questions and researching billing issues. The Specialist will use their attention to detail to effectively document interactions and enter administer long-term rental billing.
