Location: Rockford, IL

Pay: $19.50/hour

The Multi-Site Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. This role requires flexibility in work hours, locations, and tasks to meet the needs of various assignments across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to handle emergency situations, and exhibit professionalism at all times. Typical Multi-Site Officer Objectives:

Provide security for short-term special security assignments. Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, holidays, etc. Assist in start-ups at new accounts which includes working the site & training newly assigned permanent Security Officers. Weekend and holiday availability needed. Provide high level customer service to our clients & their guests.

Multi-Site Officer Requirements:

18 years of age or older. High School Diploma OR GED Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, & have a strong work ethic. Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills preferred Must have own mode of transportation and Valid Driver's License  Must be available any day, any shift Must be able to travel at least an hour and a half to sites  Must be able to come to Rockford for the on boarding process Prior security, law enforcement, and/or military experience is a plus!

All candidates must be able to pass a drug test & background check.
