Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

As a Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer at Honeywell, in the\nSouthwest, you will be responsible for ensuring the day to day delivery of\nplanned and reactive maintenance tasks, undertaking electrical and mechanical\nbuilding service Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) along with plumbing and\nHVAC works and ensuring that all Health and Safety procedures are followed as\nper Honeywell guidelines. This is a field based role working a client sites\nbased across the Southwest to include Bristol, Bath, Trowbridge and other areas\nacross Wiltshire and Dorset.

Key responsibilities

Prioritise and undertake reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks to ensure optimum levels of service delivery are being achieved and tasks are carried out in line with task schedules and reactive maintenance tasksCarry out the installation of new M&E equipment as required i.e., minor new works, refurbishment, and capital works replacement programme and respond to site callouts and cover emergencies as necessaryHighlight faults and provide quotations for the remedial worksInstall and repair plant as required and directed and act in a prompt and effective manner to all reactive maintenance issues and requests associated with siteEnsuring a customer focus within all areas of operational activities, and that effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts

Key skills and qualifications

Previous experience within building maintenance to include both mechanical, electrical and plumbing skills coupled with City and Guilds qualified or equivalent in electrical services/maintenanceHealth and safety knowledge to include knowledge of lone working requirementsCustomer services experience and the ability to communicate at all levelsFull UK driving license
