An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer within the Rotatives Annesley Manufacturing Services team.
In this role you will be responsible for performing diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on manufacturing assets and all associated production equipment located in production or assembly & test facilities. You will also provide support to the Manufacturing Services Leader to ensure the organisation’s objectives and goals are delivered.

What you will be doing:
You will perform a range of routine, reactive, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance tasks across a broad range of manufacturing assets and production equipment across a plant, site or business, to ensure that manufacturing equipment is safe, available and capable for use when required. Your responsibilities will also include:
Utilise precision diagnostic instruments during maintenance.Read and interpret machinery and component drawings, circuit/logic diagrams & schematics, maintenance manuals, and parts catalogues to enable maintenance and diagnostics.Analyse equipment data to inform and implement the most effective approach towards maintenance. Collect, organise, and analyse data in support of Key Performance Indicators for the Manufacturing Services Department.Identify and recommend improvements to production equipment and maintenance procedures. For this role you will need to demonstrate understanding of the appliable health and safety standards and we are looking for someone who is/has:
Advanced level engineering apprenticeship and NVQ/SVQ level 3 or equivalent. To support your application please attach a copy of your certificate as proof of completing a recognised apprenticeship together with your CV.Strong mechanical skills. Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic pneumatics principles and operation.Preferably experience with pipe work installation/pipe fitting.Previous experience with chemical process lines and/or fluid delivery systems preferred.Experience with furnaces and tempering equipment & ovens – experience of temperature measurement and associated IO preferred.Experience of machining and balancing equipment.Join us & Make an impact
