The Multi-Skilled Technicians provide comprehensive technical and administrative support in accordance with the client and Jones Lang LaSalle policies, procedures and processes. He / She helps in the achievement of the Key Performance Indicators for all technical services and Service Level Agreement targets. He / She may also work with local and regional team to ensure a high level of client satisfaction for all Jones Lang LaSalle services.

This position is in its nature proactive and focused on the technical details, to ensure the functionality of the workplace. It enables the Occupant and Guest Experience based on the requirement “works every time”, while maintaining safe working practices throughout all we do.


The role responds and completes the day to day technical requirements to support the Workplace team and our vendor partners, ensuring compliance to SOPs and SLAs.

What this job involves:

Electrical: Create, maintain and repair the electronic components and equipment used in any equipment or device that involves electricity.Mechanical: Check equipment and operating systems. Ensure mechanical operations, standards and controls are maintained at high quality. Repair and perform preventive maintenance as per established standards.Masonry: Knowledge in Plastering, bricklaying, tiling, excavation and drilling, maintenance and use of abrasive wheels equipment, basic plumbing and carpentryPlumbing: Knowledge in waste water systems, patch repairs to wall finishes, tiling, basic carpentry.Painting: Knowledge in paint, stain and other finishes to property walls, ceilings, and furniture using brushes, spray guns, or rollers. Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces for finish coats.To demonstrate a positive and professional approach at all times to our tenants, ensuring wherever possible the highest standard of customer service and satisfaction.To ensure compliance at all times with Health and Safety guidelines, policies and proceduresFollow all company and safety and security policies and procedures;Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete safety training and certifications.Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standardsA team player with ability to work under pressure.Analytical and problem solving skillsDemonstrates well-developed communication skills including the ability to perform effectively in a multinational team environment.Test installed air conditioners to ensure that they are in proper workingRespond to calls from customers who needed repair and maintenance on their air conditioners’/VRV Systems.Mitsubishi VRF system is a plusTransforming to the Workplace Team of the futureResolve technical problem in a timely manner to enhance Occupant ExperienceCommitment to deliver the best level of service every time through attention detailIdentify opportunities to improve technical service delivery to benefit the workplaceTrusted partner to deliver all GRE requirements aligned to GRE OE codesStrive for Continuous Improvement implementationClient/Stakeholder Management (in support of the Technical Services Lead)Comply with all requirements of the Client contract and meet or exceed Key Performance IndicatorsDeliver an exceptional quality of service to the Client, as reflected by Client feedbackCommunicate effectively with Clients and vendors at the ground level to create customer delightWork with all related parties on timely delivery of all services

Certified and experienced

Are you certified to do electrical or mechanical repair? Have you worked in a facilities and maintenance role before? If yes, then you are who we’re looking for!

Good-natured and customer-oriented

Can you clearly report issues and problems and provide clear instruction to repair bugs and malfunctions? To serve clients the best way possible, good communication skills—both written and spoken—will also be indispensable for this role. Can you speak or write in English and Chinese? That’ll be a big plus!
