We are looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer to provide a high level of building maintenance support to our client. You will be part of a FM team, delivering a dedicated service. 

As an Engineer, you'll undertake Routine, Mandatory and Statutory PPM and reactive tasks in accordance to recognised standards whilst ensuring all relevant paperwork is filled electronically via your PDA. 

You will also be expected to ensure all building fabric elements are functional and operational within design parameters, carrying out reactive repairs within agreed response and rectification times. You shall ensure all reactive calls are closed out in line with contractual time scales. You will also be expected to anticipate, diagnose and repair faults, recording accurately on work sheets and computer-based system, and complete any ADHOC duties assigned. 

You will be required to be onsite in Reading 5 days a week and may be occasionally asked to support other sites.  

The ideal candidate would have a City & Guilds Level 3 qualification or equivalent in HVAC or Plumbing

Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge is essential 18th edition is desired. You would also hold a full UK Driving Licence.
