Multi-Store Manager
Description We are on the lookout for a dynamic manager to lead our retail sales team, where you will be responsible for providing a positive customer experience while supporting the sales and operations of the stores. The Multi-Store Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple store locations, ensuring operational excellence, driving sales performance, and maintaining brand standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage cross-functional relationships. Key job responsibilities • Oversee daily operations across multiple store locations • Ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures • Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and maintain standards Sales and Performance Optimization • Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets • Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities • Implement and monitor promotional activities across stores Inventory and Supply Chain Management • Oversee inventory management across all locations using ERPLY system • Collaborate with appropriate teams for efficient inventory allocation • Manage stock levels, transfers, and aged inventory processes Team Leadership and Development • Recruit, train, and develop store teams • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback • Lead by example in customer service. Financial Management • Manage budgets and expenses across multiple locations • Ensure compliance with cash handling and financial procedures Customer Experience and Brand Standards • Maintain high standards of customer service. • Ensure consistent brand presentation and visual merchandising • Address and resolve escalated customer issues Loss Prevention and Security • Implement and oversee loss prevention strategies • Ensure PCI compliance and adherence to security protocols • Conduct audits and implement corrective actions as needed Basic Qualifications - 3+ years of people management, including 2+ years as a manager of managers experience - High school or equivalent diploma - Are 18 years of age or older - Experience directing store operations and managing budgets Preferred Qualifications - 2+ years of merchandising including owning and implementing all procedures related to the in-store display of products and services to drive the customer experience, generate product interest, and maximize sales experience - Experience attracting, hiring, and developing teams and building a bench for key roles Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
