We are seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Specialist to join our facility maintenance team in Baltimore. This role offers flexible shift schedules and requires a versatile professional who can handle various maintenance disciplines while ensuring optimal building operations.

Perform skilled maintenance work across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry tradesExecute installation, repair, and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipmentTroubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues efficientlyInterpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications accuratelyMaintain compliance with building codes and safety regulationsRespond to emergency maintenance requests with prompt solutionsDocument all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage systematicallyManage inventory of tools, equipment, and maintenance suppliesCollaborate with maintenance team members and external contractorsImplement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtimeCompany Description

QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum 4 years of experience in primary trade area (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry)2 years of verified technical experience in secondary trade areasTechnical certification in relevant field preferred (Exception: No experience required for Skilled Trades Apprenticeship Program participants)Demonstrated proficiency with shop equipment, hand tools, and measuring instrumentsExpert knowledge of pipe fitting, soldering, rigging, drilling, and installation techniquesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprintsPhysical capability to perform maintenance tasks safelyValid driver's licenseCommitment to safety protocols and building code complianceAdditional Information
