Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking a Multi-Unit Leader who is passionate about
food quality, customer service, and community engagement, and who can effectively manage the operations of 2-3 stores.\n

Your Role:\n

As a Multi-Unit Leader, you will:
\u2022 Oversee the daily operations of two (or three) Kneaders Bakery & Cafe locations, ensuring
that each store operates smoothly and meets our high standards
\u2022 Develop and implement strategies to enhance performance, profitability, and
customer satisfaction across both stores
\u2022 Lead, mentor, and support the General Managers and their teams, fostering an
environment of continuous improvement and professional growth
\u2022 Analyze business metrics, financial reports, and market trends to make informed
decisions that benefit both the individual stores and the company as a whole
\u2022 Serve as a liaison between the corporate office and the stores, ensuring that all
policies and procedures are consistently applied, and that communication is
clear and effective\n

A successful Multi-Unit Leader will demonstrate:\n

Qualifications:\n

\u2022 3+ years of multi-unit management experience in a fast-paced, fast-casual
restaurant or retail setting
\u2022 A solid understanding of compliance with food handler and sanitation regulations
\u2022 Experience in driving sales, meeting operational goals, and innovating to create
exceptional experiences for both teams and customers\n
