We are looking for Team Leaders with a passion for great customer service. A Team Leader plays an important role in the day to day running of the business supporting the management team with opening and closing and some financial aspects of the unit, also ensures best brand practise is followed and we are providing a safe and clean environment for our customers and team.

Duties and Responsibilities
Direct and manages overall operations of multi-brands restaurant. Take ownership for the quality of service from your teams and the financial performance of all the assigned units Provides strategic and tactical guidance on developing restaurant operations, standards and guidelines including service, production, sales, safety/security, marketing and management development. Manage the Unit Managers and Unit Supervisors to deliver customer-oriented services by providing direction, leadership and coaching to ensure brand, operational and financial targets are met. Ensures customer satisfaction focused and operations comply with brand standards and standard operating procedures. Overall team management including recruitment, training, performance management, coaching and career development plan for the team. Drive Operational Excellence for with efficient and effective operations in the assigned location
Requirements
Eligible to work in Sarawak Higher Diploma or above qualification in hospitality management, F&B operations management, or related disciplines. At least 10 years of F&B operations experience, in which at least 4 years at a managerial position Exposure in managing multi-restaurant operations and knowledge in different cuisines in an international organisation is advantageous Good leadership and willing to develop the management team and shaping the strategy and business performance of their site. A confident communicator who is passionate about delivering fantastic customer service within a branded environment Open-minded, customer focused, and able to deliver results under pressure Good business acumen and people development skills Fluent in spoken and written English and local language Proficiency in Microsoft Office
