Position Description
As a Multichannel Digital Medical Manager, you will develop and implement a multichannel strategy to engage healthcare professionals and patients through digital, social media, and events. You will collabore with cross-functional teams, including customer engagement, multichannel, marketing, sales, and medical affairs, to ensure alignment and integration of multichannel initiatives.
Some of the key responsibilities include:

Coordinate with Medical Managers to ensure content aligns with strategic needs, as well as developing a continuous process for engaging and building relationships with Digital Opinion Leaders (DOLs) among healthcare professionals. Create medical content for multichannel purposes using third-party vendors, internal development, or other valid sources, managing the relationships with this vendors and agencies to ensure timely and effective execution of multichannel initiatives. Liaise with healthcare professionals to understand the needs and gaps addressed by our digital strategy. Analyse data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of multichannel campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimise engagement. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in multichannel marketing and healthcare engagement.

 

Required Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who has:

Preferably a Medical Doctor degree, but a university degree in Life Sciences/Healthcare with an administrative specialty or project management studies is also acceptable. At least 5 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry in Medical Affairs or related fields, with experience in multichannel and digital medical strategy management Proficiency in both oral and written English.

Nice to have: 

Experience in cardiometabolic/cardiovascular therapeutic area.
