JOB PURPOSE

The position is responsible for support Brand/ marketing team with design and implementation of a long-term strategic MCE plan that offers relevant content based on HCPs preferences generating insights from different data sources, understanding the reasons behind HCP behavior and responding to it appropriately in an effective and timely way.

Responsabilities:

Design HCP OC journey leveraging cross-functional input, defining the right touchpoints, frequency and sequencing of engagementEngage internal stakeholders as required to communicate and notify on MCE plan, scope, execution and schedules.Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and landing pages used in our email sends Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (KPIs per channel results) depending on campaign objective.Offer support to Marketing team to deploy user journeys and content plan (provided by Marketing and/ or medical team) to execute the best digital strategies with our customers.Support launch of new channels & orchestration of them in proper sequence counting on ways of working

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications and related areas.Fluency in English- Advanced level is required2 – 3 years of experience in Multichannel o Digital Marketing areas, in pharma industry is desirable.Domain of digital channels is desirable*
