Job Description:

At Regions, the Capital Markets Real Estate Processor processes Multifamily and Senior Housing loans for the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Fannie Mae platforms which will include refinances, new construction, and substantial rehabilitation loans.

Primary Responsibilities

Works closely with the HUD and Fannie Mae teams during the due diligence, underwriting, and closing stages of a loanReceives bids and engages third party reports needed for a loan applicationPrepares required HUD forms and certifications and sends to borrower contact for completionCommunicates directly with the clients and third parties to collect and provide the items needed for a loan applicationCollects and organizes application exhibit documents and reviews for completeness, consistency, and accuracyOrganizes and maintains checklists while also saving the checklist items receivedRuns credit checks while also completing internal forms during the onboarding and closing of a loanSubmits completed files to underwriting in a timely manner to attain the closing date of the loanProvides a high level of customer service and communication to all parties of the loan fileFollows all policies and procedures regarding the processing of loan applications

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

This position is incentive eligible.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GEDThree (3) years of multifamily/commercial real estate processing experience working specifically for a HUD/FHA platform

This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

$56,990.70 USD

Median:

$72,797.40 USD

Incentive Pay Plans:

This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan. Employees have the potential to receive a discretionary award based on performance against defined metrics and goals.
