This position is responsible for the management of enterprise scale Multifamily process improvement projects. This role will require the use of project management tools to create GANY charts, project planning reports and executive level presentations. In addition the Special Projects Manager will be expected to create, support, maintain and enhance existing training material that supports the ADT Multifamily LOB. The role will also require on site training on ADT software applications for new hires and cross training efforts. Close collaboration with product support, marketing and sales support will be in scope for this role. Duties and Responsibilities: Create project management. The SPM will be responsible for gathering new and existing product material and designing intuitive training material. The SPM will be creating executive level presentations based on research of Multifamily product trends and future state risks and opportunities. Training. The SPM will ensure that the MF customer support and field installation support team maintains a high level of proficiency in the operation of all of ADT’s software applications. Continued on-site training and tracking of skill level makers will be managed and recorded by SPM Development of Training Material. Close collaboration with Product Support, Engineering, Marketing and Branch operations will be critical in maintaining current training materla. Field Support. The SPM will provide Field Installations added support by providing interactive training materials, creating and deploying special events for new and current customer base.

Preferred Education and Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and three to five years experience in alarm industry. Associates degree from a college or university and two years related training or experience in alarm industry. High degree of knowledge of security system installation and approved industry standards.
