Multimedia and SharePoint Administrator

GENERAL DESCRIPTION\n\nAs a SharePoint Administrator, the candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's SharePoint environment, to include designing and building custom SharePoint web applications supporting 39 IOS operations.\nAs Multimedia support, the candidate will be required to be proficient in design\/development tools and techniques to create engaging content to meet 39 IOS promotional, instructor led, and e-learning training needs to include, but not limited to, graphic illustration, animation, photography\/manipulation, videography\/editing, e-Learning storyboarding and development.\n\n

DUTIES\n\nSharePoint Administration:\nDesign and build custom SharePoint web applications supporting 39 IOS operations.\nManage SharePoint end user accounts, permissions, and access rights.\nAutomate Functions and Processes using various scripting and programming languages including, Power Automate, PowerApps, and JavaScript.\nRegularly review and monitor usage reports.\nOther duties as assigned\n\n
\n\nMultimedia Design\/Development:\n\n\nCreate and edit multimedia assets to include graphic\/illustration design, animations, photography\/photo-manipulation, videography, and audio.\nPerform photography support including official photos, DV visits, class graduations, promotions, morale events, and historical documentation.\nPerform videography recording and editing support including classroom lectures\/demonstrations, and morale events.\nCapture and edit video content.\nCollaborate and assist instructors with design and develop of classroom training presentations.\nEvaluate and recommend new multimedia technologies and software.\nDevelop storyboards along with the media content in support of e-Learning courses.\nOther Duties as assigned.\n\n

EDUCATION\/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS\n\nMust have a TS\/SCI clearance\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field desired\nExperience as a SharePoint Administrator. Proficiency in multimedia software\/plaftorms\nRequired Certifications:\n\nSecurity+\n\n\nSoftware Proficiencies:\n\nSharePoint (PowerApps, Power Automate)\nAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro, Audition)\nPowerPoint \n\n\nDesired Software Proficiencies:\n\nArticulate Storyline 360, Camtasia, Publisher, and Moodle\n\n\nDesired Web Platform Support Proficiencies: \n\nJIRA, Confluence, Moodle LMS\n\n\n\n
\n\nCreative thinking and ability to create graphic concepts which convey a certain message.\nStrong problem-solving ability.\nExperience as a photographer and video editor.\nExperience in designing print materials such as posters, brochures, and catalogues.\nWe maintain a drug-free workplace and perform post offer, pre-employment substance abuse testing.\n\n
