Description We are looking to hire a creative, tech-savvy and diligent Multimedia Designer. The ideal candidate would be responsible for designing and developing engaging and interactive multimedia content for a digital platforms and customer use. Responsibilities: + Designing and creating interactive multimedia content like graphics, audio, video, and 2D/3D animations. + Developing and designing visual communications, marketing collateral, and informational materials. + Collaborating with marketing, communication teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and concepts. + Testing, revising, and improving content based on user feedback and analytical data. + Using editing software to finalize designs and ensure they're in correct formats. + Keeping up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies. + Creating storyboards to visualize scenes and create a realistic, virtual environment for prototyping and iterative testing of ideas. + Assisting other team members with creative challenges and brainstorming sessions. + Maintaining an organized database of all multimedia assets. + Handling any other multimedia tasks as may be assigned. Requirements Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Graphics, Art, Design or a related field + Proven experience in creating interactive multimedia content. + Proficiency in design software applications like Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), AutoCAD, SketchUp etc. + Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. + Exceptional creative and technical skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. + Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. + Able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. + Ability to work independently and in a team. The successful candidate will have a keen aesthetic eye and exceptional design skills. They should be able to effectively communicate through their designs and maintain a high level of quality control through all the stages of a project.
