Job Summary/Description:

Gray Media Cleveland, WOIO, WUAB, RESN, and WTCL are looking for a Multi-Media Sales Manager. Do you enjoy helping other people grow, learn, and achieve their goals? Because we are looking for a team-oriented leader to join our Marketing and Sales team. Base salary, plus bonus plan. Industry-leading training program provided. MVR check required.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

- Promote a positive, winning, solution-focused culture.
- Drive digital revenue growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Coach and assist team members with creative solutions to build comprehensive marketing solutions for clients.
- Training new media executives on broadcast and digital sales
- Build working relationships with community officials and key advertisers
- Accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals on a consistent basis

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Proven track record in developing strong new business relationships.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Digital marketing tactics and five years of Digital sales experience.
- Minimum of five years in sales (sales management preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to initiate creative sales efforts
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in guiding, motivating, and leading a successful sales team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of Products and social media.
