This is a project based role offering full-time hours starting ASAP through February 14, 2025.The Multimedia Specialist will play a dual role, focusing primarily on video editing while also assisting with occasional shooting responsibilities. This position requires a versatile skill set to create high-quality, engaging video content that aligns with the company's brand.Responsibilities: 1. Video Editing (Primary Focus - 70-80% of Role): Edit a variety of video content, including sizzle reels, B-roll display videos, and brand-aligned storytelling pieces. Utilize tools such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects for editing and motion graphics, with occasional color grading using DaVinci Resolve. Work closely with creative direction to bring the vision to life, handling revisions and delivering content under tight deadlines. 2. Shooting Support (Secondary Focus - 20-30% of Role): Assist in shooting short-form content, such as talking head videos with company leaders and senior executives, typically at the company's store/support center. Set up and tear down shooting equipment, including Red, Blackmagic, and Sony cameras, aperture lighting, and boom/lapel mics. Collaborate in a corporate/in-house environment to ensure high-quality production, while maintaining professionalism during shoots. Qualifications: Experience: Around 5 years of relevant video editing experience, ideally in corporate settings or similar events. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve; Red, Blackmagic, and Sony cameras. Experience with high-end cameras and lighting setups is a must. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing high-energy, visually engaging videos and storytelling expertise. Corporate Expertise: Experience working with large corporations, adhering to brand guidelines, and producing polished content. Agency Background (Preferred): Prior experience in an agency setting is a plus, offering valuable exposure to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
