Role Overview:
We are seeking a versatile Multimedia Specialist & Videographer with expertise in video production, broadcasting, and big event presentations. This individual will collaborate across teams to create compelling multimedia content for marketing, training, social media, events, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in video production and live broadcasting and must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while traveling as needed to support on-site productions.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Production:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute branded video content for various platforms.Oversee the entire video production process, including pre-production (budgeting, casting, location scouting, equipment setup), production (directing, filming, lighting), and post-production (editing, sound design, exporting).Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and storytelling objectives.Broadcasting & Events:
Plan, coordinate, and execute live broadcasts for corporate events, webinars, and presentations.Set up and manage live production equipment, including cameras, audio systems, lighting, and streaming platforms.Provide technical support for in-person and virtual presentations, ensuring seamless delivery and high production quality.Event Support & Travel:
Travel to event locations to manage on-site production needs, including event setup, broadcasting, and troubleshooting technical challenges.Collaborate with event organizers, external vendors, and executives to deliver polished multimedia presentations.Theater & Technical Operations:
Oversee theater operations for corporate presentations, including lighting systems, audio design, rigging, and scenery setup.Provide hands-on technical expertise for rehearsals and live performances.Leadership & Collaboration:
Mentor and lead team members, ensuring efficient project execution under tight deadlines.Communicate project vision clearly to stakeholders and leadership teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Act as a brand ambassador by consistently delivering high-quality content that resonates with diverse audiences.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience in video production, live broadcasting, and event support.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Davinci) and familiarity with live streaming platforms.
• Strong technical knowledge of lighting systems, audio setups, video equipment, and theater operations.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams, executives, and external vendors.
• Ability to travel as needed for on-site productions and events.
• A creative mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs and brand guidelines.
