Multipack/Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd Shift

**Job Description**
Due to growth, we are currently seeking a **Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd shift** for our plant in Schulenberg, TX. In this role, you will oversee all warehouse (shipping, receiving, and material handling) and multipack functions for the designated shift. We are seeking an experienced supervisor who can effectively lead, coach, and motivate a team of warehouse associates.
**Shift: 1:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.**
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**
+ Schedule, assign work, and adjust schedules for your team of warehouse associates.
+ Recommend changes and process improvements to ensure consistent and efficient operation of the warehouse and Multipack areas.
+ Monitor warehouse and Multipack staff performance to ensure that goals are met.
+ Participate in the review process on the performance of warehouse and Multipack personnel. Coordinate training of personnel to improve skills.
+ Support the Warehouse/Distribution Manager and staff during absences, vacations, etc.
+ Assist with month-end inventories and daily finished goods reconciliation and ensure they are finished accurately and in a timely manner.
+ Foster teamwork consistent with our company and plant Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
+ Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
+ Manage necessary packaging and ingredients (P&I) for storage areas and maintain accurate records.
+ Follow up on delivery to ensure an efficient stock of materials for plant success.
+ Responsible for managing and monitoring entries in the SAP Computer System.
+ Follow all DFA GMP’s and work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
**Requirements**
+ High School diploma or equivalent is required.
+ 2-5 years of experience in a warehouse, cooler, distribution, production, logistics, or related environment coupled with demonstrated leadership attributes.
+ A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience is required.
+ Demonstrated ability to promote a team environment; able to select, coach, develop, engage, and retain a team of employees.
+ Computer proficiency with MS Office and inventory management systems. SAP or JDE experience is a plus.
