Multiple Customers Exchange Engineer with German

Your job in a nutshell:

We are looking for people with technical experience who want to use tower-wide innovative solutions and services tailored to their needs.

What will you be doing:

In addition to the technical skills and enjoyment of direct contact with customers, experience and interest in the following tasks should exist:

Planning, construction and operation of complex customer-specific solutions. This includes: Microsoft SQL-Server environments Microsoft Server environments Customer Support in German and English Control of Atos internal communication in the context of cross-service requirements e.g. in the context of incident management, problem management and request management; Administration of IT landscapes based on MS Windows as well as the planning and implementation of changes according to a defined change process; Implementation of technical clarifications in the customer dialogue; Participation in projects for the expansion or further development of customer-specific IT infrastructure, e.g. Planning and building of complex Windows based domains including backup, storage and application server landscapes; Support in the effort calculation and solution design creation in the quotation process; Willingness to take on call and special operations at night and on weekends is required.

Requirements:

Technical Skills with very good knowledge in:
- Microsoft Exchange Server (build & operate)
- The Microsoft operating systems especially Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012, 2016

Soft skills:
- Analytical, structured and networked thinking, goal-oriented and customer-oriented actions;
- Independent, autonomous and structured way of working.];
- Strong communicative, integrative and analytical skills, commitment and team spirit;
- Independent work, even under difficult technical situations.
