WHAT THIS PERSON WILL DO
Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for staff and patronsEnsure safe and efficient patron ingress and egress into the venueIdentify any issues or threats within the venue and report concerns to venue managementRespond to security and safety needs in a timely mannerCommunicate clearly with staff, patrons, vendors and clients about day-of-event needsMaintain an understanding of the venue Emergency Action Plans (EAPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and follow accordinglyAssist with opening and closing tasks of the relevant buildingFollow company protocol for the relevant building as communicated by venue managementAll other duties as assignedWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
