**Responsibilities** CHI Health, now part of CommonSpirit Health formed between Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health, includes 150+ clinics delivering quality care to patients across Nebraska and southeast Iowa. Our full-service network provides a variety of Primary Care & Priority Care Services, including Family, Internal, Geriatric, and Pediatric Medicine, in addition to several specialties to deliver custom care based on the unique needs of our patients. **Sign on bonus: Up to $2,500** + Assesses patients upon admission according to specific program policies and procedures. + Formulates and implements Therapeutic Recreation Treatment programs according to individual patient needs as determined by evaluations and assessments. Develops treatment plans to include goals, objectives and methods to achieve the same within time frame designated and methods to achieve the same within time frame designated in the unit specific Policies and Procedures manual. + Administers quality treatment modalities for both individuals and groups. + Communicates verbally or in written form to treatment teams regarding patient’s assessment, progress, or evaluations. **Qualifications** Preferred: Certified in Music therapy. Required: Educational equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Therapy or related field. Basic Life Support (BLS) **Overview** A 64-bed adult psychiatric facility Lasting Hope Recovery Center is a place of healing. All of the rooms are private.
