The Marketing department at Interactive Brokers Group seeks a Mutual Fund Administrator to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment. 

What will be your responsibilities within IBKR: 

Increasing access to our existing mutual fund offering. Developing and maintaining relationships with fund families. Effectively managing and growing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Leading and serving as a liaison for cross-functional teams comprised of colleagues from Business, Technology, Legal, Compliance and Operations. Identifying problems and championing solutions. Becoming the subject matter expert for inquiries

 Which skills are required:

Bachelor's Degree. Preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Project Management. 2+ years in Financial Services or a Project Management role is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills; must be an effective communicator and influencer. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; ability to exercise independent judgment when needed Comfortable and effective working in a team setting and independently. Demonstrates strong ability to write clearly and concisely. High degree of comfort, fluency with computers and technology, and an understanding of how technology is applied to business solutions Strong MS Office skills. Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
