Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a MVCA - Production Planning Leader. This position is ONSITE M-F 8:00am-5:00pm at our Arden NC Eaton location.
The MVCA Production Planning Leader manages and provides direction in the development of monthly production schedules and in the monitoring of customer order status and shipping commitments to meet stated plant sales billed and On Time Performance objectives. They are the primary liaison between sales, materials, and manufacturing to ensure total service to our customer base.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $83250.0 - $122100.0 a year.

What you’ll do:In this role:
• Schedules and assigns work to customer service representatives and provides training as needed.
• Responsible for following order processing, loading, scheduling, releases, and following customer orders.
• Maintains good customer communications and accurate customer order records via the customer commitment process.
• Compiles and coordinates value stream monthly load and billing plan
• Maintains the value stream’s customer order backlog and presents information at weekly meetings.
• Investigates and gains approval on requests for return material and claims.
• Represents the Order Management Department to customers and others. Make presentations when necessary.
• Communicates order flow status to other functions such as sales, engineering, and materials to support the total quality plans of the plant.
• Other duties, projects as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service, supply chain, or manufacturing.No relocation is being offered. Candidates must currently reside within the immediate geographical area of 50-mile radius of Asheville NC to be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
