Job Description Summary该岗位要求受聘人员作为项目负责人，管理医疗售后服务部的各项目类合同（如全院托管、移机、升级等）的交付。在项目签订前配合销售进行服务交付能力评估、协助设备状态检查，在项目开始时设置合理客户预期，在项目执行期间协调GE内外部资源（包括各类工程师、运营人员、备件和外采服务）以保证项目的交付质量和交付效率，同时作为服务交付主要接口人维护客户关系、上报客户问题，确保客户满意度。

Job Description

1. 项目类合同的生命周期管理，确保项目执行的质量和效率。

2. 在医院有较强购买倾向或托管已立项时，配合销售评估项目难度，配合产品部评估项目利润及报价范围，确定是否需要调动额外资源执行项目。

3. 在医院签署项目后，参考GE标准交付流程及项目特性，编制项目执行计划。例如：项目执行日程、服务交付计划、客户交流、拜访和报告计划等。在内部审核后，确保合同开始前与客户确认执行计划以管理客户预期。

4. 在项目执行期间，作为GE接口人，协调GE内部各项资源支持服务交付，确保合同条款履行到位。管理项目预算、利润，在确保交付质量的情况下，尽可能提升交付效率。

5. 在项目执行期间，处理、上报各类客户投诉，协调GE内部各项资源快速解决客户问题，以保证客户满意度。

6. 根据合同条款，配合销售确保及时收款。

7. 在项目执行的重要节点（如有），在财务、供应链、工程师团队的支持下，编制项目执行回顾。同时与GE管理层探讨项目执行优缺点，提出执行改进意见。
