**Position Description**
Reporting to the Product Manager – MX FUEL, the MX FUEL Field Specialist will work closely with JSS and Sales to drive MX FUEL POS with our strategic concrete users. They will operate a specialized mobile demonstration van, showcasing the revolutionary capabilities of MX FUEL equipment to end users and distributors through impactful demonstrations and jobsite trials. This role will play a critical function in supporting JSS teams by providing the resources needed to convert users to MX FUEL, establish site ownership, and support in-market events to further drive system adoption.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales professional with a passion for engaging end users, delivering live product demonstrations, and driving equipment adoption in the field.
**What You Will Do**
+ Work with the JSS and Sales team to identify potential MX FUEL leads and conduct on site MX FUEL demonstrations using specialized mobile demonstration van.
+ Ensure all equipment and materials are stocked, functional, and available for demonstrations.
+ Assist in commercialization of new product before they launch in Canada by executing a prototype seeding and acceleration program.
+ Help support (4) MX FUEL Showcases within assigned region and support tradeshows that are related to construction equipment and concrete.
+ Role requires regular travel within assigned JSS District, and occasional travel to the US for training at Brookfield, WI, and World of Concrete in Las Vegas, NV.
+ Identify, plan, and lead distributor product knowledge (PK) sessions with MPP partners and concrete distribution such as White Cap.
+ Conduct with joint calls with strategic concrete distribution to facilitate demonstrations and support distributor sell though.
+ Plan and present a coordinated call cycle and schedule on a monthly basis with manager.
**What You Will Bring**
+ Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
+ 2-3 years sales and sales leadership experience or equivalent
+ Must be proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
+ Must possess effective business communication skills, broad business perspective and market savvy
+ A strong multi-tasker that can prioritize tasks to meet business objectives deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
+ Driven by results and continuous improvement with a strong attention to detail
+ Someone with a passion for excellence and executes tasks with the highest degree of integrity and accountability
+ Collaborate with teams and have excellent verbal and written communication and influencing skills
+ Enthusiastic about learning, eager to give and receive feedback
+ Comfortable driving a large, branded demonstration van. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
+ Ability to travel when required
