Recruitment/Posting Title Myeloma Clinical Scholar, Faculty Physician (Associate/Professor) Department CINJ Medical - Heme Malig Salary Commensurate With Experience Posting Summary Rutgers Cancer Institute seeks an mid- to senior-level academically oriented hematologist/oncologist for a clinical research position with a clinical focus in myeloma, a record of original clinical research, and exceptional clinical and leadership skills. Unique opportunities exist for collaborations between clinical enterprise at RWJ Barnabas Health and research programs at Rutgers Cancer Institute. Research programs at Rutgers Cancer Institute include:  Cancer Metabolism and Immunology, Genomic Instability and Cancer Genetics, Cancer Pharmacology, Clinical Investigations and Precision Therapeutics, and Cancer Prevention and Control.  There are a broad range of teaching opportunities with medical students, house staff, and fellows. Academic rank (Associate Professor/Professor) and clinical research support commensurate with experience. Uniquely qualified candidates may be considered for additional leadership responsibilities as Section Head for Hematologic Malignancy.

The academic appointment will be within the Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and located in New Brunswick, NJ.
