Myopia Management Commercial Manager

 

Lead myopia strategy implementation including advising DACH leadership team. Manage Myopia Management team team[CS1] , ensuring provision of required training, data driven segmentation and targeting, ongoing team coaching and collaboration with CooperVision DACH team. Accountable for achievement of MiSight annual sales targets. Manage key stakeholder relationships including myopia management key opinion leaders and leads with in Key accounts in alignment with Professional Affairs and Key Account Management. Work closely with DACH MiSight Marketing lead to develop and deliver programs to support MiSight and myopia management activities to consumers and customers. Partner with Customer Business teams to support the listing and adoption of MiSight within DACH key accounts. Develop deep understanding of DACH consumers and customers with the right market research, customer visits and close relationships with key opinion leaders to uncover unmet needs in myopia management and its uptake and feedback insights to EMEA team. Manage allocated budget for this area, calculation and monitoring.Identify future business needs/gaps and recommend improvements or explore new innovative approaches to meet DACH growth ambitions.Develop the DACH annual myopia management commercial plan in support of organisational strategy and objectives in partnership with MiSight Marketing Lead and associated functions. Strategic planning including market and competitive analysis, customer segment selection and penetration plans, and related category development requirements in alignment with Head of Sales and National Sales Manager. Define and direct Myopia Specialist resource to ensure delivery of agreed MiSight targets. Ensure MiSight DACH communications are coordinated including SBM – BDM team communications. Support pricing policy for MiSight Product.Work closely with MiSight Marketing Lead MiSight Professional Services Manager on communications including branding, public relations, advertising, white papers, trade shows, seminars and events collateral materials, and website design and content either directly or on an outsourced basis. Monitors competitive products and marketing activities. Ensures clear defense plans as required.
