The Onboarding Analyst role will serve as a high-touch, recognizable, first point of contact for an onboarding new joiner from MyP&O EU-IMEA countries. They will support a new joiner in their onboarding activities and question from the time their offer/contract is finalized until the end of their onboarding program. They will foster a close working relationship with the other P&O service lines as well as segment onboarding resources. This role is designed to provide dedicated support to the new joiner during their critical first months at Mars. In addition, the Onboarding Analyst role is to process hiring-related cross-country transactions.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Acting as single point of contact for new joiners and proactively follow-up on tasks marked as critical.

Managing tickets from onboarding new joiners and hiring managers.

Managing tickets from Managers of new joiners.

Being a main point of contact for new Associates before the first day at work.

Managing tickets and transactions from hiring New Joiners.

Coordinating with segment Onboarding contacts on items such as the welcome box that new joiners will receive.

Acting as a point of contact to support new Associates and their Line Managers by building relationships with these stakeholders and educating on Mars culture, policies, practices and applications such as the MyP&O Portal (Service Now) and Workday (HRIS).

Delivering consistent results through strong customer focus and a commitment to service delivery excellence. Ensure delivery of best-in-class solutions, enabled by technology and guided by the Associates concept and the 5 principles.

What are we looking for?

University degree or equivalent, preferably in HR, Communications or Business.

1+ year of general HR experience preferred previous experience in Shared Services/Call Center environment.

Ability to navigate with proficiency across various HR Systems (i.e., WorkDay & ServiceNow) and deliver high quality customer service while managing high volume of inquiries and services.

Ability to follow standard procedures and scripts without variation.

Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and capable of establishing priorities

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in fast-paced environment with strong organization and time management skills.

Ability to handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Fluent Polish, English and French (C1 level) is a must.
