\n\nWork with Edge leadership to develop and implement a North American sales strategy for Data as a Service (DaaS), focusing on growth opportunities and key customer segments.\nDrive revenue growth by leveraging DaaS expertise and Generative AI applications to achieve over 50% annual business expansion.\nSuccessfully influence and close high-value five- and six-figure deals in North America, proving long-term strategic value.\nFoster a high-performing sales culture that values AI skills, continuous learning, and collaboration.\nDemonstrate strong commercial knowledge, including deal structures and pricing strategies.\nPromote ongoing improvement and adaptability within teams in the evolving AI and Data market.\nLead and support sales teams during periods of change, inspiring confidence and success.\n\nHow You’ll Grow
\n\nAs a founding member of a new sales team within Edge, you will participate in critical decisions that greatly influence our success\nYour ownership of this team grants you immediate executive exposure & sponsorship that have a massive organizational impact for one of the few major multi-year bets at the company. \nBe the thought partner and stay current by exploring new AI opportunities and advancements in B2B, Insights, and Experience Management spaces. \n\nThings You'll Do
\n\nLead a team of 8 North America Account Executives (Commercial/Midmarket) across all verticals \nCoach direct reports in sales strategy, pipeline management, opportunity management, and career planning/development.\nRecruit, train, and nurture your team of experienced sales professionals with high potential and strong performance history.\nProvide skill training and mentoring on complex sales motions, solution presentations, juggling multiple relationships with internal teams, and weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasting.\nInterface and develop professional relationships with existing clients and prospects at all levels of an organization.\nDisplay a systemic approach to handling meaningful contract negotiations/deals with multiple reps at a time.\nCreate ways to include Edge Subscriptions on our traditional XM Software opportunities and sell Edge Subscriptions independent of any other solution. \nDevelop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Qualtrics solution offerings including strong competency in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning and how it will shape the insights industry.\nMaintain a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape to assist in building win-based proposals and pricing.\nDevelop and maintain positive relationships with other functional areas internally at QualtricsGet actively involved in sales cycles and coach AEs to bring deals to close\n\nWhat We're Looking For On Your Resume
\n\nMinimum of 7+ years of experience in software subscription sales leadership responsibilities (frontline level or higher)\nStrong commercial proficiency with SaaS and data management technologies \nExperience in successfully leading and coaching sales executives \nBachelor's or advanced degree in business, sciences, technology or engineering.\nComfortable in a fast-paced, unstructured, and highly competitive environment\nExceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills\n\nWhat You Should Know About This Team
