This individual is seen as a strategic leader responsible for overseeing and guiding the creative vision and execution within and as a part of our Global Marketing Organization. They collaborate with global design and cross-functional teams, including designers, writers, marketers, developers and more to ensure consistent branding and innovative design solutions.

• Creative Strategy: Develop and communicate a compelling creative vision aligned with the company’s brand identity and business goals.
• Creative Development: Lead the design conceptualization and execution of integrated marketing campaign assets and brand initiatives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and executive teams to integrate creative efforts across channels (digital, print, social, etc.).
• Quality Control: Ensure all creative output meets high standards of quality, consistency, and brand guidelines.
• Innovation: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive creative campaigns, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate marketing strategies, performance, and results to executive leadership and stakeholders.

People Leadership
• Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of creatives. Provide mentorship, feedback, and professional development.

Your Typical Day and Other Key Details
• Collaborating with Teams: Cross-functional team meetings, including marketing, product, and global design teams, to align on ongoing projects, campaigns, and brand initiatives. You’ll discuss creative strategy and provide feedback to ensure brand consistency and quality across channels.
• Creative Development: Dive into hands-on creative work, such as reviewing campaign designs, refining concepts, or brainstorming innovative ideas for upcoming initiatives. Partner with writers, designers, and developers to bring creative visions to life.
• Providing Leadership: Spend time mentoring your creative team, offering guidance on design challenges, reviewing their work, and fostering professional growth through feedback and support.
• Strategic Planning: Allocate part of your day to high-level planning and ideation. Develop and refine creative strategies that align with the organization’s goals and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Quality Control: Conduct reviews of creative deliverables to ensure all materials meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and brand guidelines.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Attend executive and stakeholder meetings to present creative concepts, campaign progress, and performance metrics. Act as a key voice for the creative direction within the organization.
• Staying Current: Dedicate time to researching industry trends, exploring new tools and technologies, and applying best practices to enhance creative output.
• Tools and Technologies: Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams, and project management software like Asana to manage workflows and ensure efficient delivery of creative projects.
• Work Environment: If within 50 miles of the headquarters, work on-site in a collaborative office space designed for creative and strategic engagement. Otherwise, work remotely, leveraging virtual tools to maintain connection and productivity.
• Travel Requirements: Occasionally travel to other office locations or attend industry events, as needed, to foster team collaboration or stay informed on market trends.
• Physical Requirements: Work in an office or home-office environment with occasional needs to attend in-person meetings, presentations, or design workshops.
