About the Job:
The Strategic Operations Lead is a critical role that supports the Head of NA GTMC (Go-to-Market Capabilities) and NA GTMC Leadership Team to effectively manage their priorities, facilitate governance and act as an interface to connect the dots with their teams and the rest of the organization.
The Strategic Operations Lead role often includes components of strategy (understanding and translation of the of the Leadership Team vision and priorities), facilitation (enabling the leadership team to work together and getting to decision faster), project management (leading highly important projects in white spaces), and bridges building (connecting the dots within the leadership team and with the rest of the organization).
The Strategic Operations Lead partners closely with both the Head of NA GTMC and its leadership team (LT) on a daily basis to run and monitor transversal priorities and deliver high impact projects.

Main Responsibilities:
Create NA GTMC Governance to support decision making and information sharing within the organization
Set up and maintain NA GTMC Governance to align leadership teams on key priorities throughout the year: leadership team meetings, offsite meetings, strategic committees and decision bodies, participants, frequency etc.
Support the execution of the NA GTMC Roadmap in alignment with the Global GTMC Roadmap, by ensuring regular monitoring of KPIs; prepare updates and action tracking for leadership team
Organize and drive leadership team agenda; ensure action item follow up after meetings
Manage NA GTMC Leadership Team interactions to ensure an effective use of time focusing on priorities
Ensure that NA GTMC Leadership team interactions are agenda driven with clear objectives, actionable items and follow thru. Including ensuring calendar is up to date and aligned with the evolving priorities of the organization: LT meetings, country visits, internal and external engagements
Coordinate preparatory work and briefing materials for key meetings
Support internal and external communication: internal presentations, townhall, speeches, etc.
Lead projects as required to support the execution of the NA GTMC strategic roadmap:
Lead or coordinate projects that are important/strategic for NA GTMC that are cross-pillar (Insights & Analytics, Customer Facing, and Omnichannel) and may not fit into any one given pillar
Leverage and engage resources across the organization to ensure priorities are delivered
Interface with the broader organization on transversal projects that requires NA GTMC involvement
Build bridges within NA Leadership Team and key stakeholders
Connect with Head of NA GTMC and NA Leadership Team to establish a trustful relationship
Inform Head of NA GTMC on relevant information and keep them connected with the rest of the organization
Facilitate access to the Head of NA GTMC, if and when relevant: identify topics requiring their attention, and ensure right level of briefing
Facilitate leadership team dynamics: foster collaboration, create time for discussion and exchanges
About You
Basic qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minium of 8-10 years relevant professional business experience is required
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with senior leadership and managing cross-functional projects
Ability to work cross-functionally, strong team player
Ability to manage confidential information and understand relevance and sensitivity
Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical and strategic capabilities
Strong project management skills

Commercial Operations knowledge and understanding of key dimensions such as Insight & Analytics, Field Operations, Omnichannel, Marketing Operations, etc. a plus
