The NA Hair Care Brand Team Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day work systems and tasks to support the business. Key responsibilities will include supporting the Brand leaders and their teams with events and meetings, scheduling, travel, and communications, plus serving as the budget and stewardship owner for our fast-paced eCommerce team. This person should be proficient in technical office tools and software applications, calendar management, and coordinating travel and business meetings.
Job Qualifications
High school degree requiredStrong communication and collaboration skills - both verbal and written. This role requires effective relationship management and communication with people across functions and levels.Autonomy & Flexibility - takes leadership and initiative in areas of responsibility, work independently and quickly to adjust time to most important needs.Ability to think and act proactively and conclusively. Attention to detail is important.Anticipates the needs of manager and acts proactively to assist/recommend. Feels confident in bringing and suggesting new directions for organization, efficiency, and team culture to manager and team.Agility - since responsibilities can vary day to day, the lead candidate will be able to improve their time, completing routine tasks when time permits, while passionate about larger responsibilities. The ability to change gears quickly is important. Must have high capacity while feeling comfortable moving between key work assignments.Excellent computer skills which include excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.Must live within commuting distance as no relocation benefit is provided.Starting Pay/Salary Range: $59,800 - $74,750
