We are looking for:
The North America (NA) Insurance Manager who will report to the Head of Corporate Insurance and Prevention based in Europe (Brussels).
As an US market expert, you manage and coordinate the NA insurance programs in line with the Corporate Insurance Strategy, the US worker captive and all prevention actions, you ensure that local needs are appropriately covered under Local-admitted integrated policies, and you develop, maintain and manage US Local Insurance Outside Global Programs (LIOGPs). You also contribute to some transversal project management.

Contribute to the management of the local implementation in US/Canada of the Global insurance Programs and of the US LIOGPs (WC, Auto liability, ERISA bond, US surety bond…) Contribute to the management of efficient NA premium allocation and invoice payment; develop, allocate, publish, and explain NA Insurance budget to all financial controllers Manage US WC and Auto Loss Prevention programs in close collaboration with Syensqo brokers, TPA, Plant Management, HSE¸ HR Manage a specific Asbestos claim Insurance Management process (Riskonnect Reporting tool/ Asbestos reports, quarterly reporting…) Implement and promote the global Property Loss Prevention Program in US with our property global insurer FM Global Manage relationships with insurers and Syensqo insurance brokers Work with our carrier/broker to obtain all needed GL/WC/Property Certificates in USYou can count on us for:

You will get:
Competitive salary and benefits package. The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $103,000.00 to $142,000.00 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range.
