Job Description
The role of the North America Order Management Systems Manager is to ensure an efficient, customer centric Order Management process for Direct Customers within the North America region. The responsibility starts from getting an order request, through close cooperation/ alignment with Sales, Project Managers, Finance and other internal stakeholders, until an order is ready to be fulfilled by the factory/ warehouse. This is a people management role with direct reports located in the US and potentially Poland.
The role will also assume the responsibility of being a single point of contact for NA Ops, Sales and Finance Senior Leaders and making sure that Order Management organization is working in line with business priorities and quarterly targets.
To sum up, the leader will be responsible for both driving daily operations and shaping the future or Order Management organization.
Take the ownership of leading a high-performing Team by setting clear goals, providing mentorship and fostering collaborative work environment
Drive the growth and success of the Team through strategic hiring, skill development and career planning to ensure the team is passionate to meet and exceed organizational goals
Support Direct Sales & System Integration Project Managers teams to achieve revenue targets through efficient order management process with adequate flexibility and world class customer service
Coordinate Order Management process by collaborating with all Supply Chain, Sales and Finance business functions
Be a true Partner to Supply Chain Ops, Sales and Finance Senior stakeholders
Drive efficient operations to maximize Cost, Cash, Revenue, and Customer Experience
Develop and maintain a management system to drive the key metrics for success
Promote continuous improvement and automation to bring the organization to the next maturity level
Co-design ERP future landscape
Additional Qualified Skills:
Understanding of E2E Supply Chain Operations environment and processes
Experience with working with Senior Leaders in the organization
Ability to work in multinational environment (matrix organization, different time zones)
Presenting strong communication skills to develop relationships both internally (Supply Chain) and externally (Sales/Customers) will be essential
Knowledge and experience with Oracle systems would be a plus
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Target Base Salary: $98,100 - $196,200
