Designation Trainee/ Advisor 

Experience : Fresher and candidate having minimum 1 year can apply (This is a US Night Shift Role)

Shift Timings: Fixed – Evening Shift (18.30 to 03:30)  

About Data Quality Team : 

Data Quality Team comprises of 8 colleagues in Mumbai who are responsible for updating data in EPIC/Broking Platform/CPW Online as well as providing/removing access to 80+ carrier portals to requestors in North America (largely US). This team majorly ensures that the data present on all WTW platforms is accurate and up to date.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities

Handle mailbox as per process and timeliness Working on Epic Updates / Carrier Access requests received via Service Hub/Email  Prioritize and organize work on daily basis as per business requirement Ensure adherence to compliance procedures Completing Mandatory trainings on time Work closely with onshore teams to ensure effective delivery of client service Ensure ongoing, effective relationships with stakeholders (Internal - Offices/External - Carrier’s) Participate and contribute to potential process improvement areas Deliver as per defined KPI's for the role - Maintain Quality, Productivity, Turnaround standards
