Nail Technician
Licensed Nail Technician needed for a spa and lounge in Tecumseh, MI. This is a direct hire opporutnity. The position is 100% commission based/1099. The wages posted are an average of the earning potential, not the actual hourly rate. We are looking to hire a detail-orientated nail technician to provide clients with high-quality manicures, pedicures, and medical nail treatments.

Direct Hire position$25.00 to $35.00 /annuallyFull Time work availableFirst ShiftBusiness hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 10am-6pm.The wages posted are an average of the earning potential, not the actual hourly rate, this is a 1099/100%commission-based job.Providing high-quality manicures and pedicures, which include removing old nail polish from fingernails and toenails, cleaning nails, shaping the ends of nails, cuticle care, and applying new polish based on clients’ preferences.Applying artificial nails.Recommending various nail designs and nail art to clients.Evaluating the condition of clients’ nails and advising them on proper nail care and suitable nail care treatments.Sanitizing / sterilizing all nail instruments and equipment before each use.Ensuring that workstations are kept clean and orderly.Ensuring that nail and massage supplies is adequately stocked.Providing quality hand and foot massages.Nail Technician Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.State manicurist/nail technician Michigan license.Proven experience working as a nail technician.In-depth knowledge of manicure and pedicure techniques.Keep a clean spa space and help during every shift to keep it cleanReduce product wasteRecommend product lines we offer in the space to help maintain healthy nails and skinUnderstanding clients wants and needs to help market themselves for repair visits and new visitsStaying up with the latest trends and using our website as a way to blog and post different designsObtain and post on your own social media page to attract new clients and engage in a conversation with existing onesObtaining videos, images, reviews ,etc for weekly marketing tasksAttending monthly meetings either in person, phone or zoom.Please provide the following below.
