We are looking for an experienced Named Accounts Sales Manager to join Autodesk Construction Solutions and lead our EMEA sales team in unlocking the full potential of the Autodesk Construction Cloud for our customers.

This role will lead a team of highly skilled Account Executives covering specific Named Accounts across EMEA in a fast-paced and exciting industry. This role will report to the Senior Director of EMEA Construction Sales, who will provide GEO leadership and overall strategy for winning in construction for our Named account business across the region.

This role will be the go-to resource and expert on their specific geo as we look to build relationships with our internal counterparts and extended teams and expand our Named accounts construction projects and users across EMEA.

Responsibilities

Hire, train, and lead a team of Named Account Sales Executives (quota-carrying sales reps) in your region

Collaborate with your team to qualify opportunities -- from initial pilot engagements to large enterprise deals -- and lead them across the finish line

Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position our range of solutions

Guide your team in identifying opportunities within current accounts to position and sell the rest of our product portfolio

Support your team in managing and qualifying leads and pipeline, and ensure accurate and timely forecasting

Ensure CRM tools and ACS methodologies are leveraged to process and track opportunities

Provide guidance and help coordinate your team’s efforts with Business Development Reps, Product Specialists, and Technical resources

Minimum Qualifications

5-8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales management experience with close mentorship by top SaaS sales management with a proven, documented path to management

Experience managing a sales team

Results-driven with a consistent track record of exceeding quota and revenue goals in an enterprise sales mode

Exceptional communication skills. You quickly establish rapport with people and provide value

Entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment

Committed to fostering a highly collaborative work environment

Construction or construction technology experience/familiarity is a plus but not required

Willingness to travel as needed, with the ability to manage schedules appropriately based on territory and accounts

Multilingual skills to business level are beneficial but not mandatory
