Who We Are
The NAMR Commercial Senior Manager is a dynamic, challenging role with multiple responsibilities that require diverse skillsets. This role will provide coaching to Managing Directors & Partners and client teams on applying pricing best practices. This individual will also help build and manage the infrastructure including internal databases, operational processes, advanced analysis, and tool building. Additionally, the role will tackle special projects that will drive innovations and enhancements to current processes and thinking and design the operational aspects of the resulting evolutions in our pricing approach.
What You'll Do
Providing support to NAMR Managing Directors & Partners teamsSupport Managing Directors & Partners and client teams in shaping rate cards / MSAs, value-based arrangements, and complex deals by leveraging and advancing best practices, and eventually negotiating directly with client procurement organizationsTeam with legal and finance teams to ensure unified approach / service to the PartnershipProviding support to NAMR Revenue Management TeamSupport NAMR Client Team to drive price realization in NAMR offices / systemsDefine metrics, executive analyses, and develop supporting materials to be presented at Operating Committee, Executive Committee, North America Management Team and other leadership meetingsDefine metrics and reporting for rate cards, VBPs, and one-off analyses as neededTrack various performance and pricing metrics for all offices globallyDevelop and maintain performance dashboards to facilitate leadership decision-makingUsing analysis to develop and define best practices, then rollout to broader organizationParticipate in the ongoing process of training and awareness to deepen BCG field capabilities on Pricing-related topics – facilitate trainings, educate new hires and conduct presentations with other functions as appropriateOwn parts of the NAMR Revenue Management Team agenda (e.g., training development, communications) & actively push forward team initiativesProviding support to Transaction Excellence teamDrive initiatives, develop success metrics, build tools and supporting materials in support of broader regional efforts and prioritiesReview potential opportunities for improving best practice application and price realization in NAMR client portfolio on an ongoing basis

BA/BS degree (or equivalent) required
Advanced degree desirable, preferably an MBA or JD
7+ years of relevant professional services experience with preference for experience in law, procurement, structured finance, private equity, corporate development, management consulting or investment banking
Significant experience working with senior teams (e.g., executive / senior leadership), preferably in a dynamic project-based work environment
BCG consulting staff experience, preferred
Project and team management experience, preferred
Experience in multinational environments, desirable

Who You'll Work With
The NAMR Commercial Team is recognized for the exceptional commercial support we provide to our client service MDPs. You’ll partner closely with Commercial Directors in NAMR and all other regions and Global Revenue Management. In addition, you’ll also collaborate with colleagues from across BCG, including Finance and Legal.

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.
Some local governments in the United States require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of base compensation. We expect your total annualized compensation to be approximately the following:
In San Francisco the base salary is between $144,000- $168,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level In Los Angeles and Seattle the base salary is between $137,000- $159,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level In San Diego the base salary is between $136,000- $158,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level In Denver the base salary is between $131,000- $153,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill levelIn other locations, competitive pay is commensurate with the role and geography Annual discretionary performance bonus between 0-20% 5% Profit Sharing Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution, increasing to 10% after two years of service. Contributions are vested immediately and there is no waiting period
