The ideal Nanny will be an experienced childcarer, with an excellent understanding of the needs of young children at this age, who nurtures development holistically, and who is confident to care for multiple children at similar stages.
The family are looking for someone to work 2 days a week from February when the mother returns from maternity leave. The family are seeking a Nanny who is kind and caring, full of ideas for creative and sensory play, with lots energy and enthusiasm. They are willing to consider a Junior Nanny, who has come from a long-term role within nurseries or similar. Someone with a warm and loving personality, who is respectful of the family's faith, and who is well versed in the care of babies and toddlers (babies will be 10 months when the role starts in Feb). The You must be passionate about children and be looking for a long-term role.The Nanny does not need to drive for this role. There are a number of classes, within walking distance of the family home that the Nanny will take the children to, alongside providing activities and care within the home.
The Nanny's duties will include:Full day care of the babiesPrepare food - homemade nutritious meals.Help the babies' achieve their milestones with activities and games that are age appropriate and focus on cognitive skills.Plan and attend local classes, play groups and play dates.Incorporate lots of outdoor play opportunitiesKeep the babies' play areas tidy, normal nursery duties to include keeping the nursery clean and tidy and taking care of laundry.
Days: 2 per week - Monday and either Wednesday or ThursdayHours: 8:30 - 5:30pm approx,Salary: Negotiable, dependant on experienceStart: Feb 2025
