This is a full-time, hourly position. 

Job Summary
The Nano Room Operator is responsible for weighing ingredients per written SOP for the Effingham Premix operation.

Job DescriptionWeigh up the materials listed as shown on the computer prompterVerify that the components and amounts are correct when batch is completedEnsure that the micro tubs are marked with the correct identification placardsResponsible for completing Movement Sheets to request material needed in the micro room and nano room.Gather materials in the warehouse to replenish stock in the nano room occasionally.Check scale weights at the beginning and end of each shiftConduct inventory on specific ingredients each dayResponsible for ensuring area is kept clean and complete all listed housekeeping dutiesComply with Good Manufacturing Procedures and quality policiesMinimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalentDetailed oriented and has proven computer proficiencyBasic math and reading skillsMust have proficiency in all areas of the micro roomADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
