NAS RPO Recruiting Coordinator
Recruiting Coordinator is responsible to conduct the behavioral interviews of candidates for various companies recruiting for diverse range of competencies as required for the position at hand. It is expected to manage a minimum of 16 profile interviews up to (but not limited to) 30+ on a daily basis with an increment of 15 to 30 minutes length of time per Candidate. As a representative of the company, he/she will need to ensure the interest of the Candidate to the role, conduct inquiry on the Candidate's work history, education as well as related work experiences that may be advantageous to the position applying for. 1. Conduct the Candidate interviews via phone contacting various number of Candidates per day and establish good rapport while asking behavioral & technical questions. 2. Properly document all interview transactions in the system for reference of endorsement. 3. Required to make a decision on those Candidates to be endorsed to the 2nd level interviews with the client's Hiring Manager. 4. Assigned to provide the Candidates the next steps in the Recruitment process. 5. Other administrative tasks will be assigned as needed.Above average communication skills both written and speaking.
