You have at least 2 years of project management experience and/or continuous improvement experience You have prior work experience leading medium to large cross-functional and/or multi-year projects from concept to delivery You possess strong knowledge of project management processes, tools, and structured methodologies You guide and inspire others in a consultative approach and drive collaboration and client focus with the project team and internal partners You communicate effectively, both verbal and written You manage multiple and changing priorities (flexibility/adaptability You demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations You work and thrive independently and in a collaborative environment; you partner, collaborate, and work in a team (and matrixed) environment You coach, train, and mentor other team members with less experience
