General Summary

Responsible for providing highly specialized, advanced technical and/or professional expertise in the area of NASA Configuration and Data Management (CDM) beyond the capability of the regular staff personnel.  Candidate will assist COLSA's capture and proposal teams with creating a comprehensive and compelling proposal for the NASA CDM opportunity.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)

Analyzes NASA CDM operational activities across a multitude of NASA programs utilizing technical and/or professional expertise beyond the capability of the regular staff personnel Provides technical, operational and organizational insight into tasks related to NASA CDM in support of multiple programs Provides customer insight for NASA CDM, supported programs, and Marshal Space Flight Center as a whole Supports creation and execution of a targeted customer call plan Provides input to proposal solutions architects based on specialized experience or knowledge Presents, develops and delivers innovative customer-focused solutions and strategies to COLSA Capture and Proposal Teams Uses expert knowledge to collaborate across teammates to ensure successful delivery of technical approach based on scope of work/performance work statement and RFP requirements Recognized as an expert is the field; may be requested to advise and consult on area of knowledge with high-level stakeholders
